Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact support@iw-watches.com as soon as possible. Orders that have entered fulfillment may not be changed.

Can I return my watch?
Eligible orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every IW WATCHES timepiece includes a two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
