Products and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by device. Products and variants are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities where reasonably necessary.

Prices, currency and taxes

Prices may change without notice before an order is placed. The final checkout shows the transaction currency, applicable shipping charges, discounts and taxes collected by the store. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance or begin fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for stock, payment, fraud-prevention, pricing or legal reasons. If we cancel after payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellation after fulfillment begins.

Shipping and delivery

Processing times, delivery estimates, tracking and international charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Returns and refunds

Eligible orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact us before sending any item so we can provide authorization and the correct return address.

Warranty

IW WATCHES timepieces include the coverage described in our Two-Year Limited Warranty page. Mandatory consumer guarantees remain unaffected.

Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to losses reasonably foreseeable from a breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence.
