IW WATCHES ships to the destinations available at checkout.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Processing may take longer during launches, holidays or verification reviews.

Delivery estimates

Available services and estimates are displayed at checkout. International delivery commonly takes 7–14 business days after dispatch, but customs, weather and carrier events may cause delays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email used at checkout. Tracking can take several business days to show its first carrier scan.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer unless checkout states otherwise.

Address changes and delivery issues

Contact support@iw-watches.com immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. For a lost, damaged or stalled shipment, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier.
