Two-Year Limited Warranty

IW WATCHES provides a two-year limited warranty from the original delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects affecting the watch case, movement, display, hands, buttons or factory-installed components.
• Failure of a covered component during normal use within the warranty period.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, scratches, cosmetic changes, straps, batteries and other consumable components unless defective on arrival.
• Damage caused by impact, misuse, improper storage, unauthorized repair or modification.
• Water damage caused by use beyond the model rating, an unsecured crown, damaged seals or exposure not permitted by the product instructions.

Making a claim

Contact support@iw-watches.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. Approved remedies may include repair, replacement or refund as required by applicable law.

The authorized warranty service address will be provided after your claim is approved.
